I love the originality of some of the homes in Valdez - these are two of my favorites. They always feature flowers.
and here is Miss Demi, a Brussels Griffon. She pretends she belong to sherry & Jim Aue (we know it's really the other way around.

The worst part of this mother bear/cub attraction is that 'something' will happen, a cub will accidentally hurt someone, and the bears will end up being shot because of some stupid tourist.

This is the way they publish births - so sweet
The family just got the boat "out of dry dock" and went to fuel it. "Something" happened. Friends of ours were in the boat just before theirs at the fuel station. They were pulling away when the explosion occurred. The Dad and one daughter were airlifted to Anchorage with burns.
This one almost beats "Annette from Fairbanks" 333 pounder from two years ago.
